Alexandra Thomas is a screen writer, licensed psychologist, lecturer and author. She has published the novel Brister and has for fifteen years worked with leadership and team development in USA and Europe. Several assignments have been in the culture sector i.e Gothenburg Opera house and Avalanche Studios, where she works with producers and creators, but she has also profound experience from working within healthcare, – bank- and the legal world.

Human behavior is of great interest and Alexandra has written a novel about management consultants who run a leadership development agency. Work experiences from leader roles, emergency psychiatry, high performing teams and conflict groups serve as an inspiration to film manuscripts and tv-series. Married to an Australian Alexandra works as much in Swedish as in English.
